Eligibility: Findings from the assigned Judicial Officer determined that
substance abuse is interfering in the ability to parent.
  Areas Served: All of Maricopa County

  Mission: The goal of F.A.C.T. Court which is an Accountability Court
model is to provide substance abuse treatment and/or educational
support services for one or both parents who have been identified by the
court as having a substance abuse problem that may affect their legal
decision making and/or limit the parenting time of one or both parents. 
Parents involved may be referred to work with an employment resource
or community agency that will meet with the parent(s) to discuss the
issues preventing stable employment. Partnering agencies are
responsible for reporting to the court parent participant progress in any
treatment services that foster sobriety and/or their ability to maintain
consistent employment or progress in achieving employment.
