Currently on supervised probation on a specialized DV caseload which includes the Justice Court referred cases per AO 2011-104;
Probation terms include the DV addendum.

Program successes include reductions in petitions to revoke;
The program is comprised of three principal components; enhanced supervision, victim outreach and offender intervention programming & accountability;
Two victim advocates attend DV Court weekly to assist the victims with the court process as well as offer resources and/or referrals;
DV Orientation is conducted monthly in the courtroom for newly sentenced DV offenders.  Orientation involves probation staff, treatment provider(s), victim advocate and the Commissioner assigned to DV Court.
